Taught by Marissa Lins. Marissa is certified by the Pilates Method Alliance and has been teaching Pilates for 15 years. This course will help you maintain strength, balance, and agility over the holidays.

You will learn: Dr. George Goodheart’s P.L.U.S. (piriformis, lat, upper trap, sternocleidomastoid) phenomenon, the sacral pendulum effect, how imbalance in P.L.U.S. contributes to pain and injury throughout the body, and how to use Pilates exercises to reinforce the cross/crawl gait pattern to reach optimum structural and muscular balance.

The seminar will be held in Glenwood Springs, Colorado (home to the world’s largest hot springs pool). More details will be announced soon.
